What's fresnel light?

A fresnel light(as known as fresnel lantern) is a common lighting fixture used in theatre, TV studios, film, which employs a fresnel lens to wash light over an area of the stage. Comparing to ellipsoidal light which has a sharp edge. The fresnel lens produces wide, soft edge beam of light, which is commonly used as top light or back light.

What accessories included?

Is it silent in operation?

Yes, it is silent. Due to the power range from 250Watt to 350Watt. Fan is needed for the fixture. However, we’ve done pretty well to control the fan noise, by choosing a sold quality efficient heatsink, using low speed fan and most important a intellient software to have precise control of the fan speed and monitor real-time temperature.

Do you have less power fresnel?

Yes, we offer power range from 40Watt to 350Watt as selection. And at the same time, available at single color and tunable white color. The mini fresnel is a great choice for art gallery, museums, themeparks.

Do you have ellipsoidal light?

Yes. As professional manufacture, we offer ellipsoidal lights selectable from 20Watt, 50Watt, 200Watt, 300Watt and 350Watt LED source. Check here from more details.

Can I have my own brand?

Yes, we can print your logo on the fixture, with a bit costed added. If need package OEM, MOQ is requested.

What's your warranty?

1 year warranty. To extend warranty to 2 years, the cost will be 6% higher, and 10% higher fpr 3 years warranty.

How do we control product quality?

Ovation has a set of processes to make sure the highest manufacturing standards are applied to every lighting product ordered by clients. Every single product is inspected, both during and after production.

Supplier assessment
We have a comprehensive precess for selecting material supplier. Only work with suppliers with good reputation and reliable quality.
In-comming inspection
Also called pre-production inspection. Product materials require check for quality as they come in from vendors.
In-process inspection
Also called During Production Inspection. Goods are 100% inspected in production line. The idea is to monitor and find quality issues before they occur and avoid reworking.
Aging testing
Every single product dlivered to clients will be 100% tested for at least 8 hours before packing.
Final inspection
QC conducts measurements of the finished products to ensure they were produced according to specifications.
Shipment testing
We will pick several items to do vibration test to simulate the real transportation environment.
